Brighton’s newest lo-fi pop number have posted their scuzzy debut which wreaks of Hüsker Dü, Fugazi and slight glimmers of Pavement. It’s a melodic way of stitching together lo-fidelity guitar scrapes and jutters of distortion with discordant drumming patterns. Speaking about it makes it hard to comprehend, listening to it is a different ball game though. It’s one for your catharsis, one to drink to and ultimately one to hear before the weekend begins.
This band rattle below the underground in Brighton for now, prepare to catch more of their riptide in the future, I’m sure they will be about soon enough. Listen below:
